- Metro Manila: Delivery can be arranged through partner couriers once the batch is ready.
- Provincial Shipping: Shipping options can be checked after quantity, packaging, and destination are confirmed.
- Pickup: Pickup or meet-up details can be coordinated with the SamThi team.
Returns & Exchanges
- Custom Orders: Made-to-order merchandise cannot be returned due to a change of mind once production starts.
- Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged from transit, please report it within 24 hours with clear photos for assessment.
- Production Deposit: Any required deposit may become non-refundable once materials or production are confirmed.
